When those systems are nourished and functioning optimally, our experience of life is that of energy, pain free, balanced mood and emotions, and clarity of mind.

 

On the flip side, if we have lived a life of calorie restricting diets, we have essentially starved these systems.

 

We have also added many convenience products into our everyday diet, which are pressuring these vital systems.

 

The result?

 

The very common symptoms of fatigue, poor quality sleep, anxiety, depression, irritability, skin conditions, headaches/migraines, inflammatory conditions, low immunity, weight gain.......and the list goes on.

 

Food has become so complicated, so this framework was created to take the guess work out of knowing what quantities and types of food we should aim to include daily, during 70-80% of our days.

Next Generation Wellness is behind a movement. To shift the current thinking and actions, which sit at the heart of the frightening societal norm of deteriorating physical and emotional health, pressured relationships, chronic stress, guilt and distraction. 

 

A movement TOWARD better health and wellbeing education, enlargement and empowered choices, leading to a brighter future for ourselves and our next generations.

 

I take the complex information in the Health and Wellness sector, and transform it into simple frameworks and sustainable behaviours.

I believe when we advance our education on how the body functions, we naturally make choices to support it more positively. It is almost impossible not to.
