Erin Barnes

Stress + Behavioural Change Coach

Founder of the 4C's Coaching Methodology

Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAsc) – Human Movement Sciences- encompassing nutrition, psychology and exercise science, is an advanced Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness & Lifestyle Coach, Master Mindfulness Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Sports Trainer and a certified Twenty8 Health & Lifestyle Educator in aromatherapy, chemical free skincare and essential oils.


Erin created the 4C's Coaching Methodology, which allows sustainable behaviour change, stress resilience and high performance among individuals and organisations.


The 4C’s blends the latest science and research across positive psychology, neuroscience, leadership, nutrition, human biology, mindfulness, emotional literacy and exercise physiology alongside the learnings from her 20-years personal experience in the health and wellness sector. 


Erin's speaking style is both educational and empowering, and she is open, comprehensible, and realistic.

Kim Morrison is a 5 times best-selling, international award-winning author, creative director of Twenty8 Essentials, aromatherapist, health and lifestyle educator and a multi-tasking mum and wife. Kim is someone who shares her passion for health, using essential oils for wellness and knows it is the small daily rituals of self-care that accumulate into the powerful art of self love.


Kim set a world record as the youngest female to run 100miles in less than 24 hours in 1989. 68 year old world record holder Cliff Young was her mentor at the time and to this day lives by his ethos that success is 90% mental and 10% physical. She has used her running story as a direct metaphor for life – riding the highs, hitting the walls, pushing through the pain barriers, crossing the line and never, ever giving up!

Ashley Jubinville

The Kitchen Coach

Ashley is an inspiration in the kitchen and an advocate for vibrant health through real food.  With a background in structural engineering, a personal journey of healing Autoimmune disease, and an immense love of the kitchen, she has developed her unique practical approach to food - because without the "how", old habits creep back in.


Now having helped transform the lives of hundreds of families through her flagship programs, she won’t stop until she has positively transformed, and personally touched the lives of 10M people. Ashley created the world's first live cooking show, has authored 3 books, featured in various media, runs programs across Australia, and speaks to public and school audiences regularly.

Jenny Manley

Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation Teacher

Jenny has been a mind-body teacher for over 16 years, holding reverence for the art of Tai Chi and Yoga in their incredible physical, internal and emotional benefits.


Jenny teaches one thing only, and that is love. Self-love. Jenny creates a non-competitive, non-judgemental and self-accepting ambience to her classes, leaving students of her craft  thinking good thoughts and feeling motivated to live their best life possible.


Rebekah Maynard Fusca

Yoga Teacher

Rebekah believes that people are their happiest when they are creating memories and having wonderful experiences with others. That's what she gifts her students.


With a broad repertoire, Rebekah brings a down to earth and fun approach to an ancient modality.

Hayley Lee

Physical and Remedial Therapist

Hayley has been a physical and remedial therapist for 10 years, studying Body Work relating to physiotherapy in South Korea, holding an English Certificate of International Therapy, and a Diploma of Remedial Therapy.


Hayley has an outstanding understanding of body balance and root pain.

Cheryl Willie

Fitness Leader

Cheryl adores her work as a fitness leader, guiding clients to fitness and strength, whilst enabling them to experience comfort within their skin.


Cheryl has owned her own fitness studio in South Australia, and has won awards for her contribution.


Cheryl writes a daily Facebook fitness blog called Femme D’un Certain Age offering simple advice on exercise, health and nutrition.
