6 x 30min Action + Accountability coaching sessions delivered in between the 90min sessions.

At the session you can pay by card or cash. If via Zoom/Skype/Phone, you will be emailed an invoice to pay prior to your session.



If you cancel your appointment under 24hours, there is a 30% cancellation fee. A payment request will arrive via email.

More often than not, I see women fall short of the changes they wish to make because they lose focus as the initial buzz wears off. My background in human behaviour has allowed me the knowledge that we all need to maintain focus in order for sustainable change to occur. I am that focus.
